What is the purpose of Thrive?

The mission of Thrive South Nashville (Thrive) is to warmly welcome resettled refugees into a loving Christ-centered community where they can thrive in their new home in South Nashville.

The Theme verse for Thrive is Micah 6:8 “He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” (NIV) Underlying all the work at Thrive is the compassion, love, mercy, and humility of Christ for the refugees of South Nashville.

The mission of Thrive will be accomplished through the following: Adult Education, Children/Youth Services, Social Work, Trauma Services and Other Services.
